About Us

Darlene began her ultrasound career in 2002 at GE PDI, 

a local manufacturer of Ultrasound Transducers. At GE she Managed the Probe Repair Division. As a top sales reps she was responsible for growing the transducer multi-vendor division (which had been non-existent up to that point) to a 14MM  per year business. The end of her 4 year tenure led to the launch of her own brand. Better Imaging Solutions was formed in 2006. In 2015, MD Exchange L.L.C. was co-created with new business partner Milind Gupte. Today Darlene is the head of operations and Milind is VP of Sales. 

Our mission is to deliver affordable and sustainable 

imaging solutions to help offset the precipitous 

drop in medical reimbursement.
